Class is Saturday 8am to 9:30am.


Northampton SunDo offers instruction in Taoist Yoga & Meditation, with special sets of postures and deep breath work. All fitness levels are welcome. Contact us at 860-745-4154 or smillucy@aol.com.

Then, try a 6-week beginner’s session for just $50.
Regular price is $15/class for drop-in or $40/month.

  • No need to bring a mat.
  • Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
  • You can park in the municipal lot behind Valley Aikido.
  • You may try a single drop-in class but let us know in advance.
